摘要
房地产金融作为金融业的一个重要组成部分,与房地产开发、经营与管理有着密切的联系,房地产金融是房地产与金融联姻的产物。发达国家房地产金融运行的成功经验值得我们借鉴。当前,高校学生应学习《房地产金融》课程,通过本课程的学习,同学们能够掌握房地产融资和投资的基本方法。《房地产金融》课程的教学必须进行改革,必须理论与实践相结合,国际与国内相结合。
The real estate finance is a important component of finance job , real estate develops , marages with managing the outcome having the close connection , real estate finance being that real estate and the finance unite by marriage and. Developed country real estate financial operation useful experience is worthy for us to draw lessons. Present , the colleges and universities student respond to the course studying ＂real estate finance ＂, by the fact that course studying, schoolmates are able to have the real estate financing and the fundamental method investing in hand. The course teaching must carry out reformation ＂real estate finance＂ , must integrate theory with practice, the international combines with in the homeland each other.
