调节阀流场CFD数值模拟与流道优化 被引量:9

摘要 应用三维建模软件对某一广泛应用的套筒型调节阀内部流场建立模型,通过前处理器生成计算网格,应用CFD软件进行离散求解,得到调节阀内部流场的可视化图形,数值模拟不同开度下流量,得到调节阀的流量特性曲线,并与试验测定的数据进行比较分析。结果表明,模拟值与试验值吻合较好,并对流道进行了结构优化,获得了能耗更低的流道结构。 A model was founded in the internal flow field of a widely used sleeve control valve using three-dimensional modeling software, a calculating grid was generated with a preprocessor, CFD software was used for discrete solution, and the visible drawing of the internal flow field of the control valve was obtained; the flow under various openings was numerically simulated, and the characteristic curve of the flow was obtained, and a comparison was made with the data measured with tests, the result shows that the simulation value is in good agreement with the test value. The structure of the flow channels was optimized and the structure of a flow channel with lower energy consumption was obtained.
