摘要
本文作者设计了一套四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)包络化合物浆(CHS)的固相含量测量装置,该装置通过圆弧电极和一个独创的微电极构成的传感器测量CHS两相流体的电阻率信号,经过采集、处理后得出CHS中的固相含量。开发出了相应测量的计算模型,针对正弦和方波不同频率的激励信号做出一系列实验并对实验结果进行理论分析,实验结果表明:测量在低于1.5 kHz的方波激励信号下有较好的表现,整个测量装置有较好的分辨率,可应用于CHS固液两相流固相含量的测量。
A measurement device was designed, which consists of a ring electrode and a creative small electrode sensor. Using this device, the conductance signal is transmitted to a signal processor and then the solid fraction of TBAB clathrate h · rate slurry (CHS) can be measured. A principle model was developed and a series of experiments were carried out under sine wave and square wave simulation signals with different frequencies respectively. Experimental results were analyzed theoretically, which show that the device has better performance under square wave simulation signal with frequency of 1.5kHz. The device has good resolution and can be applied to measure the solid fraction of CHS two-phase flow.
