介绍了用热管蒸汽发生器（废热锅炉）回收高温ＳＯ２气体的余热，产生中压蒸汽，以代替现有废热锅炉的原理和特点，以及两种不同结构形式的热管蒸汽发生器分别在硫磺制酸和硫铁矿制酸系统中的运行情况。
The principles and characteristics of the heat pipe steam generators(waste heat boilers)in recovering the waste heat of high temperature SO_2 to generate middle pressure steam instead of existing waste heat boilers were presented,and the application of two heat pipe steam generators in various forms in acid production with sulfur and sulfurous iron ore was described.
