摘要
氮化铝是很有应用前景的功能陶瓷。本文报导了自蔓延燃烧合成的AIN粉的形貌、组成及湿法球磨粉碎过程中的氧化现象,和抗水性氨化铝粉的抗氧化性能方面我们新的研究结果。
AIN is one of perspective function Ceramics. The featers, structure and oxidationphenomenon during the procedure xo f wet ballmill of self-propagating sintering synthetic AINpowder were reported in this article. At the same time our new study results of oxdationresistance of water resisting AIN powder were also described.
