重视胆管损伤的远期并发症预防的处理

摘要 腹腔镜胆囊切除术目前已被视为胆囊切除的金标准手术。由于腹腔镜手术需要比开腹手术更长的训练曲线，以及术中不能用手触摸腹腔脏器等原因，由此带来的胆管损伤仍是困扰外科医生的问题。损伤后处理困难、预后差，常常会给患者带来严重后果，有时甚至是灾难性的后果。
