摘要
根据差分电容原理可以设计二维加速度传感器,可以测量出二维空间里加速度的大小和方向。理论上由牛顿定律、弹簧的弹性定律和平行板电容原理的分析,得到了加速度与测量参数的分析公式,并给出了计算结果。
Based on the capacitive theory, the acceleration in two dimensions can be measured. The method and relative formula are presented for analyzing the acceleration and other parameters. Theoretical and experimental results obtained demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
