摘要
针对软土地区紧邻地铁深基坑工程对变形的苛刻要求,提出基坑钢支撑内力自动控制的思路和方法,利用计算机信息技术实施监测和控制深基坑钢支撑轴力,实时掌握基坑受力变形性能,解决常规施工方法无法控制的苛刻变形要求和技术难题。该成果对钢支撑轴力的监测和控制实现了24h不间断数据传输,减少了人力资源成本,使工程始终处于可控和可知的状态,促进了信息化施工水平。该项新技术的成功应用,确保工程安全顺利实施,保证深基坑工程及周边建(构)筑物、地下管线、运营地铁隧道的安全运行。
According to the strict specification of deformation and settlement in soft soil area, authors provide an effective control method and construction programme firstly used in China, which can control the real stress by automatic control technique. The crucial content of this method is automatic monitor and control system for deep foundation excavation, and can transfer data all time without interruption and reduce the cost of human resources. With the successful application of the system, the construction work was operated with allowable requirements of displacement and settlement, and the security was ensured.
