摘要
本文在回顾中国食品贸易竞争力与食品安全变迁的基础上,以提升中国食品贸易竞争力和食品工业的国际竞争力为目标,提出在全球食品安全背景下发展中国食品工业、增强中国食品安全、提升中国食品贸易竞争力、树立中国良好贸易形象的展望。
Based on the evolution of food safety and food trade in China, the thesis focuses on the improvement of food competitive capability, explores the relationship between the food safety and the building of a harmonious society and raises some suggestions on how to improve the competitive capability of food export and decrease trade friction in expectations of setting up friendly and mutual-beneficial relationship between China and other trading partners.
