摘要
基因多态性的战略性研究越来越多地受到生命科学家的重视。基因选材通过检测与运动相关的基因,可提高运动员科学选材的质量,还可以节省大量人力和物力,也是运动选材的重要组成部分。在候选基因研究方法的基础上,从核DNA和线粒体DNA两方面综述了可能作为运动能力候选基因标记的研究进展,以期为教练员科学选材和相关科研人员提供参考。
Gene polymorphism strategic research is more and more emphasized by life scientists. Gene selection of elite athletes by locating the gene markers which relate to exercise performance not only can improve the efficiency of elite athlete selection but also save manpower and material resources. It is an important component of elite athlete selection program. Therefore, the authors review the progress of elite athlete selection by gene polymorphism way from aspects of nuclear DNA and mitochondrial DNA at the basis of scientific research method, so as to supply some references for coaches and researchers.
