摘要 p38MAPK是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族成员之一,在细胞信号转导中具有重要的作用,众多研究表明,p38MAPK信号转导的变化可能在Ⅱ型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗发病机理中具有一定的作用。运动和肌肉收缩等刺激对p38MAPK具有一定的调节作用,此作用与p38MAPK亚型、肌肉收缩形式、运动强度和受试者的训练状态等有关,运动对p38MAPK的影响可能是糖尿病运动疗法的部分分子机制。 p38MAPK is a member of MAP kinase family, which plays important role in signal transduction. It is indicated in numerous studies that aberrant p38 MAPK signaling might contribute to the pathogenesis of insulin resistance of- Ⅱ diabetes. Stimuli of muscle contraction and exercise can affect on p38MAPK, which related to sub-groups of p38MAPK, form of muscle contraction, exercise intensity and the training state of subjects. The effect of exercise on p38MAPK is partial mechanisms of kinesitherapy for diabetes.
