摘要
为有效提升运动员的竞技运动表现和减少训练过程中伤害的发生,结合重量训练能有效增进最大肌力,以及超等长训练可有效提升动作速度与爆发力的双重优点,提出了超等长重量训练方法。通过在现有的力量训练器材上加装位移传感器,研发了带减速制动装置的智能化超等长重量训练与诊断分析系统。该系统不仅可以监测运动员训练过程中的速度、加速度、力量和功率等参数,还可以对这些参数进行综合的诊断分析,并将分析的结果实时反馈给使用者,为实时监控训练过程和科学评价训练效果提供了依据。
In order to improve athletes' performance and reduce injury during the course of training, the plyometric weight training method is put forward combined with the advantages that weight training can increase the maximum muscle force and plyometric training can effectively improve action speed and power, and the data real-time collection and diagnostic analysis system of intellectualized plyometric weight training, equipped with deceleration detent, is developed by mounting displacement transducer onto the current weight training machines. It can detect the parameters such as force, distance, velocity, power and so on, and these parameters can be fed back to users after synthesized diagnostic analysis, which contributes to improve the automatic level of athletes ' training, monitor athletes' training load and intensity, and realize the intellectualized plyometric weight training.
