摘要 针对服装供应链市场需求变化快的特点,提出了基于中间件的快速响应系统,用XML格式统一供应链各环节数据,用XML文档连接机制进行异构数据集成,得到基于XML系统的流程设计和订货提前期计算模型。通过分析快速响应系统应用前后服装和面料订货提前期的变化得出:快速响应系统通过共享信息,消除了订货提前期中的订单处理延迟,减少了因上游企业订单处理延迟引起的生产延迟和面料的接收延迟,提高了服装供应链的响应速度。 Considering the fast changing market demand in apparel supply chain, a XML-based middleware framework of the quick response system for apparel supply chain is presented. The system uses XML format to unify the data in all supply chain sectors, uses XML documents linking mechanism to integrate the heterogeneous data. The XML-based process design of the system and the computing model of the time delays in a order cycle are also introduced. By analyzing the reduction of time delays during the clothing and fabrics order process before and after the application of this system, the effect of the application of the system is verified: Through effectively sharing information among supply chain members, the order processing delay is eliminated, the manufacturing delay caused by upstream enterprises' order processing delay and the fabric's receiving delay are reduced, thus the goal of making quick response to the change of the market is achieved.
