摘要
遥视功能在电力监控系统中有着越来越重要的地位,但是由于带宽、地理位置等原因,该功能的实现还有很多技术瓶颈,其中通信信道就是个重要问题。针对电力系统专用信道的特点,做出分析和比对,给出了前端视频采集的硬件设计,使用了基于嵌入式系统的设计方案。同时基于当前最先进的压缩标准提出了根据电力系统内部不同监控对象进行分级监控的方案,从技术角度探讨使用各种通信信道传输遥视信息的可行性,为以后大规模普及该系统奠定理论基础。
Remote monitoring in power system plays an important role in communicaion of power system. Because of band width, geographic cause and other reasons, there are many difficulties in making it in reality, transmission channel is a bottle-neck. According to characters of power system transmission channel, the most advantaged coding standard is suggested, and a new monitoring plan which is made according to different monitoring objects is given. At last, different transmission channels in power system is analysed. Possibility for remote monitoring in power system is discussed, and all of above make a fundamental for this system to be popularized.
