摘要
鉴于恒压供水系统存在PID参数整定困难以及多数没有定时强迫切泵功能的问题,设计了基于OPLC的新型变频恒压控制系统,优化了多泵循环切换的控制算法,实现了系统PID参数在线自整定、多泵自动循环和定时强迫切换的控制功能。实际运行结果表明,该系统功能完善,性能可靠。
Because the difficulty of self-tuning PID parameter and less timing-forceswitching multi-pumps in current constant pressure water supply system, a novel system based on OPLC is proposed. The control algorithm of switching water pumps is optimized, PID parameter self-tuning, multi-pumps cycling automatically and switching pumps by force in an assigned time are implemented. The results indicate that the system has perfect function and reliable performance,
