摘要
用氩载氨气泡膜限域共沉淀反应合成了层状复合氢氧化物(LDH)及其硬脂酸改性样品,与热塑性硫化胶Santoprene熔炼制成LDH/Santoprene复合材料,在EDS、XRD、IR和N2吸解表征的基础上,对LDH-Santoprene复合物的机械性能及燃烧性能进行了测试评价。结果表明所用合成方法能够实现小尺寸LDH微晶的快速合成与表面改性,微晶粒度及表面性能明显改观;改性样品对Santoprene有更好的复合效果和明显的阻燃作用。
Layered double hydroxide and its stearic acid modifying sample had been prepared with an Ar-NH3 bubble films coprecipitation,and the LDH/cross-linked rubber composites LDH-santoprene were prepared by melt-mixing process. LDH samples were investigated via EDS, XRD, IR and BET-N2 surface area characterization, and the effects of LDH on the mechanical properties and flammability of composites were tested per the standard of GB/T1040-92, GBl142-92, GB2406-80 and GB2408-80, respectively. The results showed that this synthetic process had achieved the fast preparation and modification of LDH nanometer microcrystal,the particle size and surface properties of modified LDH changed evidently. It was found that organic modification of LDH promoted the fine dispersion of LDH in cross-hnked rubber and retarded the flammability of composites evidently.
