同步放疗化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价同步放化疗对不能手术的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法96例不能手术的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者被随机分为两组：（1）同步放疗化疗组：50例患者第1周期NP化疗第1天就开始实施放疗，同步放化疗结束后按计划从第43天开始NP巩固2周期化疗；（2）单放疗组46例。两组放疗方法相同，总剂量达60-70Gy，疗程6～7周，结果同步放疗化疗组近期有效率为86％，1、3年生存率为76．0％、42．0％组的近期有效率为69．6％，1、3年生存率分别为52．2％、26．0％。差异有显著意义。结论同步放化疗对不能手术的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效。
