摘要
本次调查旨在了解、分析MBA学生这个特殊的群体对英语学习策略的使用情况,调查对象为中国科学技术大学分布在三个不同地域的103名MBA学生。结果显示,MBA学生较多地使用补偿策略和元认知策略,对情感策略和记忆策略的使用相对不够。本文指出了MBA学生使用英语学习策略的特点并分析了它们的成因,最后对MBA商务英语教学提出了一些启示。
A study was made of the English learning strategies used by 103 MBA students of the University of Science and Technology of China who were located in three different areas. It was found that the students more often used the compensating strategy and elemental recognition strategy while employing the emotional strategy or memorizing strategy inadequately. A discussion is presented on several particular aspects of these MBA students' utilization of English learning strategies, which may help improve the teaching of business English.
