摘要
随着用电负荷的不断增长,变压器室日益突出的通风问题影响了变压器的正常运行。通过对影响变压器室温度的各项因素的分析,提出了应对变压器室温升和通风散热的方法,阐述了通风面积、通风量和通风方式的合理选择,并以天津市某35 kV变电站变压器室为例进行通风设计改造,为变压器室的通风设计及通风设备的选型提供参考。
With the continuously increasing of the electric loading, the ventilation problem of the transformer cabin is growing to be serious to affect the routine operation of transformers. Through the analysis on all factors which could influence the temperature in transformer cabin, this paper submits the measures to deal with the temperature rise and the methods to ventilate and drop the temperature, presents the rational selection of the ventilation area, volume and method. Taking the transformer cabin at a certain 35 kV substation in Tianjin as an example, we present the design innovation on the ventilation system to provide some reference to the design and device selection of the ventilation system in transformer cabin.
