摘要
分析了结晶器振动产生连铸坯表面振痕的生成机理,论述了振痕对连铸坯质量的影响,研究和探讨了减少铸坯表面振痕的途径,提出了减少连铸坯表面振痕、提高连铸坯表面质量的有效措施。
The mechainism of oscillation marks on continuous casting slab due to crystallizer oscillation was analyzed. The effect of oscillation marks on the quality of continuous casting slab was discussed. The ways were researched and discussed to reduce the oscillation marks. The effective measures were put for-ward to reduce the oscillation marks and improve the surface quality of continuous casting slab.
