摘要
围绕共轨系统喷射的软件设计展开研究,采用ETAS公司的ASCET软件,以"主喷、预喷"的设计方案,解决了高压共轨燃油喷射系统中有关喷射协调、喷油量确定及分配、喷射始点、喷油器作用时间和喷射释放等问题,仿真结果表明:燃油喷射系统能够实现多次喷射,喷射量精确,能够满足柴油机高压共轨系统的要求。
This article focused on software design of common rail fuel injection system. Injection harmony, injection quantity, injection start, injection length and injection release are solved through ASCET software which is from ETAS based on main and pilot injection design scheme. It is showed by simulation that fuel injection system can realize muhiple injections, and injection quantity can be controlled precisely, so it can meet the requirements of diesel engine system.
