摘要
产业集群以其独特的聚集优势在为区域经济增长做出巨大贡献的同时,其大规模生产也造成了区域内资源短缺、集群环境污染以及生态破坏等负效应,而在可持续发展的生态瓶颈制约下,循环经济又是产业集群可持续发展的必由之路,其中根据元胞自动机理论的计算机模拟结论为产业集群的生态发展提供了一个理论模型基础。现实中基于循环经济的产业集群发展需要政府、行业和企业三方共同努力,才能实现产业集群"又快又好"地发展。
The industrial clusters make enormous contribution to the development of the regional economy with its unique aggregation advantage, while the large scale production has brought about resource shortages, cluster environmental pollution and the ecological damages. Social ecology being the bottleneck of sustainable development, circular economy is the only way for the sustainable development of the industrial clusters. The conclusion of computer simulation based on cellular automaton theory provides a theoretical mode for the ecological development of industrial clusters. The sound and fast development of industrial clusters based on circular economy needs the joint efforts of government, the industry and the enterprises.
