摘要
教师职业能力是教师从事教育教学必备的素养。目前高师《心理学》课程教学在培养学生职业能力上存在明显缺陷,这就要求高师教育必须改革现有的心理学教育教学模式,明确课程目标,探索合适的教学方法,优化评价方法,以适应教育实践的需要。
The professional capability is necessary and critical for teachers to deal with educational and teaching affairs. However, there are some obvious defects in psychology subject teaching which is designed to develop the professional capability of the students in normal colleges. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the educational practice, it is essential for normal college education to reform current psychology teaching model, make the objective of subjects clear, explore appropriate teaching methods and optimize evaluation ways.
