摘要
物资采购管理是医院管理中一项十分重要的管理内容,物资采购管理的水平体现了医院的整体管理水平,直接影响到医院的社会效益和经济效益。近年来,我院在药品、医疗设备、大宗卫生材料和后勤物资的采购管理方面进行了积极的探索,效果令人满意。
