摘要
城市服务产业高度依赖街道空间环境。交通、形象及产业发展是城市街道的3个相互冲突且难以协调的重要功能。传统旧街的商业氛围形成过程漫长且易受破坏。在以商业、服务等临街产业功能为主的街道改造过程中,宜高度重视其产业保护,使之得以延续,对城市产业发展和解决就业起到促进作用。
The service industry relies heavily on its surrounding street environment. A street has three conflicting functions which are difficult to coordinate ： transportation, image and support of industrial and commercial development. The development of commercial atmosphere in an old district is time - consuming and susceptible to damages. It＇ s important to protect and develop its original commercial functions in the redesign of a street to aid industrial development of the city and increase employment.
