摘要
技术创新影响企业的核心竞争力。企业在加大技术创新投入、提高技术创新能力的同时,应该重视技术创新的有效性问题。在建立企业技术创新有效性综合评价指标体系的基础上,应用数据包络分析法(DEA),以山西省的企业为例,对其技术创新有效性进行客观的评价与分析,并提出对策与建议。
Technological innovation affects the core compete power of an enterprise. While an enterprise increases devotion and enhances the capability of technological innovation, it should regard the validity of technological innovation. Based on the building integrated value index system and applying DEA method, the enterprises in Shanxi province are appraised and analyzed for their validity of technological innovation. The countermeasure and advices are also provided.
