还原性谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)与抗坏血酸(VC)对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。方法从新鲜雪梨中提取酪氨酸酶,分别以邻苯二酚、左旋多巴为底物,观察GSH、VC对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果VC浓度为0.33mmol/L时,对酪氨酸酶的抑制率达到91.48%;GSH浓度为0.27 mmol/L时,对酪氨酸酶的抑制率达到57.42%。当GSH和VC浓度分别为0.1和0.13 mmol/L时,两者的联合作用对酪氨酸酶的抑制率可高达79.85%。结论GSH与VC对酪氨酸酶都有较高的抑制作用,它们联合作用于酪氨酸酶比单独作用的抑制率有明显提高。 Purpose To study the inhibiting effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) and antiscorbutic acid (VC) on tyrosinase activity. Methods Tyrosinase was extracted from the fresh Sydney, taking catechol, and L-dopa as the substrate respectively to observe the effects of GSH and VC on tyrosinase activity. Results The inhibition rate on tyrosinase activity was 91.48 % at 0.33 mmol/L VC. The inhibition rate on tyrosinase activity was 79.85 % at 0.27 mmol/L GSH. The inhibition rates on tyrosinase activity were 79.85 % when combined with GSH at 0.1 mmol/L and VC at 0.13 mmol/L. Conclusion The experiment showed that GSH and VC could inhibit tyrosinase. The inhibition rate of combined effect obviously increased comparing with single effect.
