摘要
通过构建压力-状态-响应模型,建立了甘肃省生态安全评价体系,重点研究了该区域1990-2006年的生态安全变化趋势,并采用主成份分析方法探究其驱动因素。结果表明:1990年以来,区域生态安全变化表现出如下特征:系统压力指数明显下降,系统状态指数呈上升趋势,系统响应指数一直呈增长趋势,生态安全指数从1990年的0.4289增至2006年的0.5960,处于一种良性发展态势。主成份分析表明,区域生态安全是社会、环境和经济等因素综合作用的结果,评价单元内农民年人均收入逐年增多、平均每万人口中大学生数的增加、单位产值"三废"污染物排放量的减少使得区域生态系统的压力减轻,成为驱动甘肃生态安全度提高的主要动力。但同时,甘肃省城市化速度加快、资源消耗总量和污染物排放总量的增加,加大了区域生态系统的压力,成为区域生态安全度提高的阻力。
By using the Pressure - State - Response (PSR) model, the ecological safety evaluation system was preliminary established, the changes of the eco - security in Gansu Province between 1990 to 2006 were studied, and their driving forces were analyzed with the principal components analysis method. The results showed that since 1949, the eco- pressure index had a declining trend, the eco -state index fell markedly while eeo -response index ascended all along. From 1990 to 2006, the eco - security index increased gradually from 0.4289to 0.5960, ecological safety was in a trend of benign development. The principal components analysis method showed : the ecological safety in Gansu Province was resulted from the additive effect of social, environmental and economy, while the increase of farmers yearly average income, the number of college students of every thousands people were increased and the decrease of unit output value of pollutant emission amount were the determinant factors in improving the eco - security ; but at the same time, quick urbanization, the increas of resources consumption and pollutant emission, all had aggravated the pressure of regional ecosystem, and became the decisive factors to the ecological safety improving.
