摘要
企业的组织形式对一个企业的发展和壮大非常关键,对于农产品加工业而言,它有着不同于其他企业的一些特点,因此,组织形式的选择和治理结构的完善尤为重要。在分析我国农产品加工业现有组织形式的基础上,结合其特征,认为股份制是农产品加工业的最佳选择,并进一步分析了其特有的入股方式以及治理结构的完善。
The organizational form of enterprises is very crucial for the development, growth of an enterprise. As to processing industry of agricultural products, it has some characteristics different from other enterprises, so the choice of the organizational form and completion of administration structure are particularly important. This text is on the basis of it is analyzed that the processing industry of agricultural product of our country has organizational form nowing, combine its characteristic, think the shareholding system is the best choice of the processing industry of agricultural products, and has further analyzed its characterized completion which pools the way and administration structure.
