摘要
针对目前高强钻井井壁节间注浆材料存在强度低和收缩性大的问题,首先提出了高性能节间注浆材料的配制原则,然后通过材料选择和试验研究,得到了高强钻井井壁新型微膨胀高强节间注浆材料的配比。它不但强度高,而且具有微膨胀特性,对钻井井壁的节间传力和抗渗是十分有利的。目前,这一研究结果已在3个井筒的深钻井工程实践中得到应用。
Aiming at low strength and great contractibility of the panel grouting materials in high strength drilling shaft lining,the paper firstly put forward the preparation principia of high strength and micro expansive panel grouting materials,by selection of material and test research,the proportioning of new type micro expanding and high strength panel grouting materials in the high strength shaft wall of drilling is gained.It has not only high strength,but also has micro expanding,and it is of advantage to transference stress and resist on leakage.Presently,the research finding has applied in three deep drilling shaft engineering.
