设计为家具企业带来的效益已日益明显,但中小型家具企业往往很难建立起高质量的设计部门。随着社会分工的深化,专业的家具设计公司日渐成熟。本文探讨了家具企业如何挑选合适的设计公司外包设计,以及如何管理和协调外包设计与本企业之间的联系。
The profits that brought by design are more and more, but it is not easy for the middle and small sized furniture enterprises to set up high quality design departments. With the growth of dependent design company, furniture companies could outsource their design. This article discussed how to choose the design companies and how to manage the out source design pro jets.
