摘要
运用有限元分析软件Marc,对165 MN大型自由锻造油压机组合结构的下横梁进行了模态分析,得到了锻造油压机下横梁前十阶的固有频率和相应的固有振型。结果表明:在设计锻压机时,应避开二阶和七阶模态中的两个固有频率值f2=61.3 Hz和f7=127.1 Hz,该方法对了解锻压机下横梁的动态性能,进行结构优化设计有一定借鉴意义。
Modal analysis of the lower composite beam of 165 MN large free forging hydraulic press machine was presented through finite element analysis software-Marc. The fore ten natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the lower beam of forging hydraulic press machine were obtained. The results show that the natural frequency f2 =61.3 Hz and f7 =127. 1 Hz of second order and seventh order modal should be avoided. The method has a important reference value in understanding the dynamic behavior characteristics of the lower beam of forging hydraulic press machine and structural optimization designing.
