摘要
本文从政府文化理念的转变、读者权利的觉醒、服务泛在化趋势、网络环境的竞争、人文服务的缺失等方面阐述了图书馆服务模式重构的缘由,并提出了新型服务模式——泛在服务模式的内涵、特征、实现路径以及应注意的问题。
This paper discusses the reasons for the reconstruction of library service model from the aspects of the change of government' s cultural concept, the wakefulness of users' rights, the trend of ubiquitous service, the competition of network environment, the deficiency of humanity service, and it also brings up the new service model, that is, the connotation, the characteristics and the realizing way of ubiquitous service model and raises the questions which should be paid attention to as well.
