摘要
目的:探讨睑板腺癌nm23表达及与其临床病理学特点的关系及影响预后因素。方法:免疫组化分析nm23在正常睑板腺与睑板腺癌的表达及其与临床病理学特征间的关系。临床随访,根据原始记录和随访反馈,对临床组织病理各因素统计。结果:正常组及肿瘤组均有nm23的表达且位于细胞膜上,肿瘤组nm23表达明显强于正常组(P<0.05)。且nm23表达量与睑板腺癌发病年龄、病程长短、肿瘤分化程度、转移情况明显相关(P<0.05)。睑板腺癌转移与浸润明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:高nm23表达量可能预示肿瘤低分化及低转移率。提示nm23表达与睑板腺癌的发生发展密切相关,检测nm23有助于评估病情、判断预后。
AIM： To investigate the expression of nm23 in meibomian gland carcinoma and the relationship between expression of nm23 and clinicopathological characteristics and the clinicopathological factors to affect prognosis of the tumor. METHODS： Specimens of meibomian gland carcinoma and normal meibomian gland were stained by strep- tavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry for the expres- sion of nm23. The relationship between expression of nm23 and clinicopathological characteristics of the tumor were analyzed. All patients were followed-up in clinical. According to the initial recording and follow-up feedback, every clinical and histopathologic factor was analyzed statistically and evaluated overall.RESULTS： Expression of nm23 was positive in plasma and membrane of both normal meibomian gland and carcinoma of meibomian gland. Expression of nm23 in carcinoma of meibomian gland were higher than it in nor- mal meibomian gland （P〈0.05）. Nm23 expression had relationship with the age of suffer, course of disease, differentiation, metastasis （P〈0.05）. The infiltration of the tumor was positively correlated with the metastasis（P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Higher nm23 expression was related to lower differentiation and lower rates of metastasis. The expression of nm23 was closely correlated with the genesis and development of the carcinoma of meibomian gland, detection of nm23 expression may be useful in assessing the state of illness and judging prognosis.
