摘要
目的探讨YC-9200型低能量体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗各种上尿路结石的效果。方法采用YC-9200型低能量碎石机治疗符合ESWL适应证的上尿路结石648例。结果直径≤2.0cm的肾结石435例,平均冲击波次数2400次,直径≤1.0cm输尿管结石213例,平均冲击波次数2800次。中上盏结石复碎率12.9%(23/178),下盏结石排净率80.7%(159/197),复碎率18.8%(37/197);肾盂结石排净率91.7%(55/60),复碎率5.0%(3/60);输尿管结石总排净率97.2%(207/213),总复碎率6.6%(14/213)。碎石过程中出现轻度疼痛86例(73.3%),治疗后出现肉眼血尿568例(87.7%),1~3d后血尿消失。无肾周血肿等严重并发症。结论低能量ESWL治疗上尿路结石成功率高,复碎低,不良反应少,无严重并发症。
Objective To explore the effect of low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) of YC-9200 in the treatment of upper urinary calculi. Methods 678 cases of upper urinary calculi were treated with low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) of YC-9200. Results Among all the patients , there were 435 cases with the kidney stone less than 2.0cm in diameter, who needed an average of 2 400 times of shock wave, and 213 cases with the ureteral stone less than 1. 1cm in diameter, who needed an average 2 800 times of shock waves. The retratment rate was 12.9% (23/178), under the light schedule stone-free rate was 80.7% (159/197), the retreatment rate wasl8.8% (37/197) ; pelvis stone-free rate wsd91.7% (55/60), the retreatment rate was 5% (3/60);ureteral stone to make the total stone-free rate was97.2% (207/213), the total retreatment rate was6.6% (14/213). Gravel arising in the course of those 86 cases of mild pain (73.3%) , after treatment of 568cases of gross hematuia( 87.7% ) , 1 - 3days after the disappearance of hematuria. No perirenal hematomea, and other serious complications. Conclusion Low-energy ESWL have a high success rate , a low rate of resumption of broken, fewer side effects and no serious complications in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.
