摘要
目的:对本溪地产的生晒参、红参、林下参,建立可同时测定人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Rc、Rb2和Rd含量的反相高效液相色谱方法,并对三者进行了比较。方法:采用高效液相法测定人参皂苷含量。色谱柱:Dia-monsilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:50%乙腈、水(梯度洗脱),柱温30℃,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长203nm。结果:这种方法可以有效地区别不同种类人参中人参皂苷的含量。结论:生晒参、红参、林下参之间多数成分上有差异。
Objective:A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ginsenoside - Rg1, - Re, - Rf, - Rb1, - Rc, - Rb2 and Rd was established for the comparison of the ginsenoside contents in Shengshaishen, Hongshen and Linxiashen from Benxi. Methods : HPLC with Diamonsil C18 ( 250mm × 4. 6mm, 5 μm) column was used, the 50% acetonitrile-water( gradient elution) as a mobile phase with the column temperature at 30℃ and the flow rate 1.0mL· min^-1. The UV wavelength used for detection was set at 203 nm and the analysis time was 100 min. Results:This method can be used for the simultaneous determination of 7 ginsenosides in different types of ginseng. Conclusion : the contents of ginsenosides in the three kinds of ginseng showed obviously difference.
