摘要 针对目前对重型卡车舒适性、安全性和可靠性等人性化设计的高要求,对重型卡车驾驶室悬置系统中前/后螺旋弹簧及减振器的参数进行优化。实验结果显示,改进后驾驶室各点的偏频及振动加速度显著降低,平顺性明显提高。同时进一步优化驾驶室后支撑横梁的尺寸链,改善其受力状态,提高了强度,为改进重型卡车驾驶室结构提供依据。 Aiming at the actual high demand of the humanity design for the heavy truck such as the comfortable capability,the secure capability and the reliable capability and so on,firstly gives the optimization for helix spring and shock absorber of the heavy truck cab suspension. The test results show that the inherence frequency and vibration acceleration is remarkably reduced after they are improved, and the cab becomes more comfortable. Then optimizes the dimension chain of the cab supporting traverse beam, the load state of the beam is improved and the strength of beam is promoted. It can be used for reference for the design corporation to improve on the heavy truck cab structure design.
