摘要
我国煤炭产业传统的发展模式,存在着许多严重问题,如环境污染、煤炭资源的产出率低、利用率低、回收率低等。因此,本文在分析煤炭循环经济产业链优势的基础上,从纵向主导产业链和横向耦合产业链等方面,构建出我国煤炭循环经济产业链发展模式,并以陕北能源化工基地发展循环经济产业链模式实践进行个案分析和论证。最后,给出我国煤炭循环经济产业链发展模式得以实施的对策建议,以期实现煤炭企业可持续发展。
There exist a lot of serious problems with the traditional development model of Chinese coal industry,such as the environmental pollution,low payout rate of the coal resource,low utilization rate,low recovery rate,and so on.Based on the analysis of the advantages of the coal circulatory economy industry chain,Chinese coal circulatory economy industry chain development models are put forward in this paper from the aspects of longitudinal dominant industry and lateral coupling industry chain.In this paper,the practice of Shanbei Energy Chemical Base to develop the circulatory economy industry chain model is analyzed and demonstrated as a case.At the end of the paper,some countermeasures and suggestions are given to carry out further Chinese coal circulatory economy industry chain development models so that sustainable development of Chinese coal enterprises is achievable.
