摘要
香草兰是一种香料植物,具有多种化学成分,广泛应用于食品、化工、化妆等行业。同时,香草兰具有很好的药用保健价值,此文介绍了香草兰的主要化学成分、提取方法、医用历史、临床应用,以及近年来在抗癌、抗辐射、抗诱变、抗惊厥治疗中取得的最新研究成果,综述了香草兰在医药、保健领域的应用现状及前景。
Vanilla, a kind of spice plants with a variety of chemical components, is widely applied in food, chemical, cosmetics and other industries. This article mainly introduced vanilla＇ s chemical composition, extraction method, medical history, clinical applications, anti-radiation, anti-mutagenic, anti-convulsive therapy in and its latest research progress in anti-cancer, recent years, and the application status and future prospects in medicine, health-care field.
