摘要
采用终点弹道学弹丸侵彻原理,运用非正规撞击模型,建立了叶片受外物撞击的运动学模型。运用数值计算,得出了运动参数对叶片损伤的影响规律:叶片随机体的平移速度越大,或旋转的角速度越大,或撞击位置越靠近叶尖,叶片的损伤越大;初始安装角越大,叶片外物撞击时的接触撞击力越大,叶片的损伤越大;由于偏航角与倾斜角的存在,使得运动叶片与静止叶片外物损伤的模式有一定差异。其结果将对叶片抗外物撞击损伤的研究提供依据。
The model for non-ideal impact in terminal ballistics was used to study the effects of blades' motion on the foreign object damage of blades. The kinematic model for the impacting system of foreign object and blade was estabilshed. The relationships between kinematic parameters and the impact damage of blades was obtained. Bigger the translation velocity or rotation velocity of blades are ,or closer with blade tip the impact location is ,higher the degree of impact damage of blade becomes. The impact contact force increases with the setting angle of the blades augmenting. It results in greater damage to blade.Because of impacting with yaw angle and oblique angle ,the impact damage pattern of mobile blade is different from the one of immobile blade. The result offers an reference for the investigation of anti-impacting damage of blade under foreign object damage.
