摘要
介绍了一款金属电器底盒的结构特征及使用成型需求,从解决生产成型过程中的重点和难点出发,详细地论述了电器底盒成型时每个工序模具的生产过程及模具结构特征。电器底盒的冲压成型共采用了冲孔压型、落料翻孔、切舌和耳括成型、侧面形成、压型等工艺,与之配套地使用了五副冲压成型模具进行形成加工。各生产工艺分布合理,配套模具结构简单,构思新颖巧妙,所需生产辅助工序少,便于以流水线的形式进行生产,具有一定的创新和推广借鉴应用价值。
The structural characteristics and needs of the use molding of a metal Electrical Apparatus bottom are introduced,In order to solve the emphasis and difficulties during the molding processes ,the production process and structural characteristics of each mold have been discussed in detail. The metal bottom's Press Forming Technology includes punching,blanking material,cut tongue,side formation,die mold etc. The production process distribute reasonably,the matching mold is also very simple. There are also many new ideas. It needs few auxiliary production processes ,so it is facilitate to product assembly. It also has a certain draw on the promotion of innovation and value.
