摘要
选用马来酸酐接枝POE、POE和CPE三种助剂,探索其不同含量对回收PP增韧改性的效果。通过大量的试验、测试及微观形貌分析,研究了增韧剂含量与力学性能的关系。结果表明,在0-30%之间随着增韧剂用量的增加,回收PP的强度先提高后降低,韧性则不断提高;用25%马来酸酐接枝POE增韧回收PP综合效果最佳,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击韧性分别达到了40.77MPa、37.78MPa和24.7KJ/M2。
To improve the toughness, different percentage of Maleic Anhydride Grafted POE, pure POE and CPE were used. Lots of experiments were carried out to obtain the data, and cracked section was also studied. The results show that toughness of recycled PP increased with the increment of toughening agent which was in the range of 0-30%, while strength declined after going up; Maleic Anhydride Grafted POE is the best and its optimum content is 25%. Under the toughening treatment the tensile strength is 40.77MPa, the flexural strength is 37.78MPa and the impact toughness can reach 24.7KJ/ M2.
