摘要
目的:观察尼莫地平对兔颅脑损伤后内皮素变化的影响。方法:将中国大白兔随机分为致伤、尼莫地平治疗、假伤对照3组。实验组动物头不固定以BIM-Ⅱ型生物撞击机致伤额顶部。分别于伤前和伤后不同时相取血和不同部位脑组织,以放免法检测其内皮素水平。结果:伤后24h内,致伤组和治疗组血浆、脑组织中内皮素水平均显著升高,但治疗组于代办处后8h或/和24h显著低于致伤组。结论:尼莫地平可抑制兔颅脑损伤后血浆、脑组织中内皮素的升高,提示其可作为临床上实验可用的内皮素拮抗剂。
Objective: To investigate the effects of nimodipine on changes of endothelin after head injury. Methods: Rabbits were randomized into injured group (IG), nimodipinetreated group (NTG) and the control group (CG). Leaving their heads unfixed, the animals in the first two groups were injured in frontalparital zone with BIMII bioimpact. Blolod samples and brain tissues in different regions were collected before and after injury. Endothelin level was measured with RIA. Results: Endothelin level in plasma and brain tissue from different regions was significantly increased at the 24th h postinjury. At the 8th or/and 24th h postinjury, endothelin level was significantly lower in NTG than in IG. Conclusion: Nimodipine can act as a practical endothelin antagonist in clinical practice for it can inhibit the increase of endothelin after head injury in rabbits.
