针刺对非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征作用机理的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨针刺对非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征的作用机理。方法选取46例非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为治疗组A,23例,取双侧胰俞穴针刺治疗;治疗组B,23例,取双侧三阴交穴针刺治疗,以上两组均治疗3个月。治疗结束后比较排卵率、内分泌激素(FSH,LH,T,LH/FSH)、空腹胰岛素(FNI)、体重指数(BMI)变化。结果治疗组A针刺前后的排卵率、LH/FSH差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睾酮变化有显著差异(P<0.01);治疗组B针刺前后LH,LH/FSH有明显差异(P<0.05)。排卵率、睾酮变化无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组A与治疗组B针刺后睾酮变化有显著差异(P<0.01),排卵率变化有明显差异(P<0.05),LH/FSH、体重指数(BMI)变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论提高胰岛素敏感性,防止胰岛素抵抗对非胰岛素抵抗型多囊卵巢综合征同样重要。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture action on polycystic ovary syndrome of non-insulin resistance type. Methods Forty-six patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of non-insulin resistance type were recruited and randomly allocated to treatment group A of 23 cases and treatment group B of 23 cases. Group A was treated with acupuncture at bilateral Yishu(Ex) and group B, with acupuncture at bilateral Sanyinjiao(SP6). Both groups were treated for three months. Ovulation rate, endocrine hormones (FSH,LH,T, LH/FSH), fasting nonspecific insulin (FNI) and body mass index (BMI) were determined. The results were compared after treatment. Results There were statistically significant differences in ovulation rate, LH/FSH (P〈0.05) and testosterone (P〈0.01) between pre- and post-treatment in treatment group A. There were significant differences in LH and LH/FSH (P〈0.05) and no significant differences in ovulation rate and testosterone (P〉0.05) between pre- and post-treatment in treatment group B. There were significant post-treatment differences in testosterone (P〈0.01) and ovulation rate (P〈0.05) and no significant differences in LH/FSH and BMI (P〉0.05) between treatment group A and B. Conclusion Increasing insulin sensitivity and preventing insulin resistance are of the same importance to polycystic ovary syndrome of non-insulin resistance type.
