摘要
以DSP为核心设计了一种基于智能功率模块(IPM)的无刷直流电机控制系统。阐述了IPM的控制策略、光耦隔离驱动、相关保护和作用,同时介绍了系统组成和断路器动作的策略,并给出了软硬件设计。实验结果表明,该控制系统可减少开关操作的涌流、过电压等暂态过程,与现有的模拟控制电路相比,其结构简单。
Taking DSP as core, a controller for three Phase Brushless DC Motor based on intelligent power module (IPM) is designed. The control strategy and photo-coupler isolation protection and function of IPM are expounded. The system form and action strategy of circuit breaker are introduced, and design of software/ hard-ware is given. The experimental results indicate that the system can reduce transient impacts such as inrush current and over-voltage caused by switching operation, and can improve electrical energy quality.
