摘要
传统的滑动导轨因其静、动摩擦系数差大,很难解决"爬行"现象,难以满足高精度的加工要求,文章通过对各种滑动导轨性质的分析,提出了对机床滑动导轨耐磨涂层的研究,给出了机床滑动导轨耐磨涂层的性质和工艺方法。
There is a big difference between the static and dynamic friction coefficient in traditional slide guideways.It is very difficult to solve the "crawl" problem and to meet the requirements of high-precision processing.This paper analyse a variety of slide guideways characteristics ,and advance the research on technique of wear-resisting coating, Providing characteristics and technology on wear-resisting coating of slide guideways of machine tool.
