摘要
通过建立面向制造商——供应商所构成的二级供应链系统提前期压缩与相关成本模型,分析得出该二级供应链总成本是提前期的凸函数以及总成本将在每个区间端点处获得的结论。具体算例表明:对提前期进行压缩后,制造商成本将下降,而供应商成本将上升,且成本下降幅度要大于成本上升幅度;需要通过转移支付手段对成本上升方给予适当的补偿。
On the basis of comprehensive analyzing supply chain lead-time and the research of the relevant cost, with setting related assumptions, the mode of lead-time reduction and related costs that faces the secondary supply chain composed of manufactures and suppliers was established. Finally, drawing to the conclusion that the total cost in the secondary supply-chain is the convex function of the lead time, besides, the total cost will be obtained at each interval end point. Through the concrete cases, after clashing the lead-time, the manufacturer' s cost will decrease, while the supplier' s cost will increase, what is more, the range of decreasing cost is greater than that of the increasing cost. Therefore, transferred payment is needed to properly compensate the supplier.
