摘要
制造业的竞争实质就是产品设计的竞争,目前我国发电设备产品制造企业在产品设计过程中存在一些普遍的问题,比如缺乏有效的设计分析管理、设计资源分散等,这也是直接影响我国发电设备产品创新能力的瓶颈。针对此问题,详细分析了发电设备产品设计分析过程管理的需求,提出了管理设计分析过程的系统框架,研究开发了发电设备产品设计分析管理系统(PADE),包括工作流管理系统、分布式计算资源管理服务平台、数据管理平台、知识管理平台,实现了发电设备产品设计分析管理规范化,提高产品设计分析效率,促进了知识重用。
The competition in manufacturing relies on the competition of product design. For contemporary power-generating equipment manufacturing of China, there are some common problems, such as distributed resources and inefficient management of design and analysis, which is the bottleneck of enhancing product innovation capability. To solve the problem, this paper analyzes the requirement of process management of design and analysis within power-generating equipment manufacturing. Then, it gives a framework and develops a management system (PADE), which includes four main functional modules: workflow management system, distributed design resources management platform, data form. PADE suffices to regulate the design and analysis management platform, knowledge management platprocess, improve the design efficiency and facilitate the reuse of knowledge.
