摘要
针对超薄磨耗层SMA-10矿料级配,在现行技术规范提供的级配范围基础上,以2.36mm作为关键控制筛孔,设计了13种SMA-10级配;采用旋转压实法成型混合料试件,测试并计算混合料的体积指标,对比分析关键体积指标与2.36~4.75mm集料含量之间的关系,并对满足级配设计要求的沥青混合料进行路用性能评价。研究结果表明,当2.36~4.75mm集料含量为O~8%或20%~28%时,所获得SMA-10混合料的体积指标更容易满足设计要求;其中,2.36~4.75mm集料含量控制在0~8%时的矿料级配,更适合用于超薄磨耗层路面。
According to aggregate scope recommended by current technical criterion, aiming at ultrathin friction SMA-10, 13 kinds of gradation of SMA-10 are designed with 2. 36 mm sieve passing ratio as crucial control point. It is investigated that the relationship of 2.36-4.75 mm aggregate content and crucial volume index with contradistinctive analyzing, by using gyratory compaction method to making mixture specimens, the volume index of the specimens is tested and calculated. The results show that the obtained volume index of SMA-10 mixture can meet easily the requirements of the design when the aggregate content of 2.36-4. 75 mm is 0-8 % or 20-28%. Among them, when 2.36--4.75 mm aggregate contents are controlled in 0- 80%, the mineral aggregate gradation is more suitable for ultra-thin wearing course on the road.
