摘要
在自行研发的抗冲刷试验装置基础上,运用灰色关联理论,对压实度、强度、水泥剂量、砂掺量、细石掺量和再生骨料掺量这6个因素与水泥稳定再生骨料基层混合料的抗冲刷性能进行了关联分析。结果表明:对水泥稳定再生骨料基层混合料抗冲刷性能影响最大的是压实度;强度与抗冲刷性能之间没有确定的关系;原材料组成因素中,影响最大的是水泥剂量,其次是再生骨料掺量、砂掺量,细石掺量影响很小。研究结果对水泥稳定再生骨料基层混合料的配合比设计和施工具有一定的指导意义。
The correlative between anti-erosion properties of cement stabilized recycled aggregate base course mixture and six influencing factors, which include degree of compaction, strength, the amount of cement, the amount of sand, the amount of fine stone, and the amount of recycled aggregate is analyzed by gray correlative degree based on the experiment apparatus designed by the authors. It can be concluded that degree of compaction is the most important factor; there is no corresponding relationship between strength and anti-erosion properties; the amount of cement is the most important factor between raw materials, the secondary is the amount of recycled aggregate, the amount of sand, the amount of fine stone. The results are of guiding significance for mix proportion design and construction of cement stabilized recycled aggregate base course mixture.
